When an issue arises, the last thing you want to do is wonder: Is it my configuration, or is the platform experiencing a hiccup? This new page is designed to solve that problem, instantly shedding light on the overall resiliency of the system and answering the critical “us or them” question.
The new status page provides a real-time health check on the core components of the Knowledge Front platform, including:
Fast Updates & Transparency: The operational status is automatically refreshed every five minutes using dedicated internal monitoring. While the system is currently tuned to be highly sensitive (sometimes showing “Degraded” status for transient network issues), we believe it’s better to provide too much warning than not enough. We are continually refining this process to dial in the perfect balance.
When a disruption occurs, transparency is our highest priority.
Our team will post updates to keep you informed of progress and, most importantly, provide a clear time of resolution. This process allows us to maintain accountability and ensure we address any lingering effects immediately after the service is restored.

Crucially, the dedicated URL—https://status.knowledgefront.com—is
hosted on completely separate infrastructure and network from our
main web and services. This means that even in the unlikely event that
our main website experiences a significant problem, the status page
should remain available to keep you informed.
