Knowledge Front's round trip SMTP monitoring sends test e-mail messages on a preset interval. By configuring an automated response on your e-mail system each test will be sent back to the Knowledge Front monitoring network completing the round trip. Each test logs the complete SMTP transcript as well as the returned message to aid in troubleshooting.

When disruptions or delays are detected alerts can be sent instantly via SMS, phone call, or to customer-specified e-mail addresses.
