Office 365 Mailbox with Rule
Optional configuration. This allows message from Knowledge Front’s servers to bypass the anti-spam scanning.

This is the email address used for responding to the test messages

In the Security Center and then under Policies and Rules go to Threat Policies

Then Anti Spam

Click Create Policy

Name policy

Set user and domain to allow forwarding. Explicity allow the user made in the Create contact step

Set auto forwarding to enabled

In Outlook create the following rule to forward messages back to mailive01@knowledgefront.com

Final rule should look something like this

Add a new SMTP round trip monitor using the web interface under the Menu at the top then Monitor Settings
