Office 365 Forward from Contact
Optional configuration. This allows message from Knowledge Front’s servers to bypass the anti-spam scanning.

This is the email address used for responding to the test messages
In the Security Center and then under Policies and Rules go to Threat Policies
Then Anti Spam
Click Create Policy
Name policy
Set user and domain to allow forwarding. Explicity allow the user made in the Create contact step
Set auto forwarding to enabled
Back to the user created for testing purposes to activate the forwarding
Enter mailive01@knowledgefront.com
Add a new SMTP round trip monitor using the web interface under the Menu at the top then Monitor Settings
