Create the mailbox

Create new user mailbox

Enter details and Save

Create a return contact

Create an new Mail contact that will be used to forward the messages back to mailive01@knowledgefront.com

Set the External Email Address to be mailive01@knowledgefront.com and click save.

Mailbox forwards to return contact

Edit the mailbox created above. Go to Mailbox Features, scroll down to Mail Flow, and click View Details under Delivery Options.

Check Enable Forwarding, click Browse, and select the Contact created in Create a return contact
