This is merely a suggested setup option for returning the test messages messages. Almost any way that a test message can be automatically sent back to [mailive@knowledgefront.com]{.title-ref} should complete the round trip test. Feel free to experiment or to contact us if there are any questions.

From the Action menu choose New -> Contact

Fill out information for this contact

Click the Modify button to create the smtp address

Select SMTP Address from the list

Enter mailive@knowledgefront.com

Open contact we just created, select the E-mail Addresses tab

Click the New button to add a new SMTP Address for [mailive@yourdomain.com]{.title-ref} This should be the name of the account where test messages will be delivered.
