Knowledge Front Services use a distributed system of monitoring stations - our Reliability System. All monitoring stations must confirm an issue before an alert is triggered. Then and only then will you receive notification (i.e. no more 2 a.m. false alarms). Plus, it's flexible. If you need custom monitoring to be done, the System is easily tweaked.
